Monaco Holdings Inc secures signatures to move development forward

After three years of working with the strata members at Cambridge Manor, Monaco Holdings secured all signatures required through strata law to redevelop the current Qualicum College Heights. The signatures allow Monaco to move ahead with a smaller unit design from 1,900 sq. ft. to 1,100 sq ft. Monaco Holdings anticipates an application to the Town of Qualicum Beach in the next few months ahead.
